Why We Started YANDO
Josh and Chris met while working at a local estate management agency. They saw how frustrating it was when clients were subject to inconsistent standards, had to chase cleaning providers, explain the same requirements repeatedly or wonder whether a property would be ready on time.
YANDO grew from a straightforward idea:
Do the work well, with pride, look after the people doing it, and take responsibility for the service around them.
That thinking still guides us, whether we’re caring for someone’s home, cleaning an office every week or managing a busy property handover.
