Get a Realistic Estimate From a Few Property Details
You do not always need to wait for a visit to find out what a clean might cost.
We can usually estimate the work by asking about the property’s size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, its shared spaces and any areas that need particular attention. We use our experience of cleaning similar properties to allow a realistic amount of time.
Photos and an agent’s checklist can help us refine the estimate, but they are not essential for every enquiry. We will confirm the scope and price before cleaning begins. If the condition we find is substantially different from what was described, we will discuss any proposed change with you before carrying out extra work.

A room-by-room breakdown records the cost of cleaning. It does not, by itself, establish that a particular tenant is responsible for that cost.
